Well, I tried to signup. I had to create an Alertpay account. That even asked for a contact person at my bank just to set up a bank transfer. So I got that done, but I kept losing the signup page for 3900income. Well my username and password are gone because of the disappearing page. So when I tried to log in I was told that my account is inactive and to contact an administrator. While there's no link on the site to do it.. I guess Ron Williams is the person I'm to contact as he's the promoter of this project.

Well I found a button called "Reactivate your account". So I went there and completed the steps, but can't start until my Alertpay account has money in it, which it won't have until I have the amounts that Alertypay put into my account and that will take about 2 days.
So, if you are not sure that you want to do this you have time to recant.
